This fund was established to assist with professional enhancement travel. Eligible applicants must be certified educators teaching full time in Harrison County, Indiana public schools. The educators must be members of a teacher's union or other representative association of classroom educators and have at least three years of teaching experience.
Funds may be used to cover transportation, lodging and meals. Funds may also be used to purchase artifacts and teaching material which the educator will use in the classroom.

Eligible applicants must be graduating from high school or have graduated from high school within the last five years, and they must have plans to complete higher education in a hospital, medical or healthcare-related field.
Applicants can be residents of Harrison and Crawford counties in Indiana or Meade County, Ky. Applicants must include a letter of intent, a copy of their high school transcript, a letter of recommendation and verification of acceptance from their chosen college or university.

The IU Southeast Harrison County Education Scholarship provides scholarship support to students attending IUS and enrolled in graduate level courses in the School of Education. All recipients must be employed by a school corporation of Harrison County, Indiana.

Funding is available to help Harrison County youth attend church-based camps. This endowment was created by a friend of Lucy’s who wanted to honor Lucy’s love of teaching, working with children, and her strong religious commitment. The fund provides church camp scholarships to children who might not otherwise have been able to attend.
A sponsoring church must request the funds on behalf of interested youth. Support is provided on a need-based basis without priority or exclusion given to any denomination.

The HCCF Adult Scholarship Program was developed to increase the number of adults, within the county, who have a higher education degree.* Applicants will need to demonstrate legal residency for the past 24 months. Documentation such as tax forms, housing receipts, or utility bills can be used to verify residency. Applicants will also be requested to upload a copy of transcripts from colleges previously attended. These do not have to be official, sealed originals. Copies will be sufficient.
*Students who have previously obtained an Associates or Bachelor's degree are not eligible to apply.

Scholarship provides support for students studying in a trade or vocational program. Students must be between the ages of 18-21 years old and be legal residents of Harrison County. Funding may be used for tuition, books, course related fees and required tools, uniforms or supplies.
